Shipping And Handling

Standard Delivery 

All goods purchased on Dr. Brown’s UK are dispatched by Amazon Logistics. Standard delivery should take between 3-5 days working days.

• Delivery within the U.K, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is charged at a standard rate of £3.95 for all orders under the value of £45.00
• All orders over the value of £45.00 will be free of charge

Priority Delivery Option

Priority Delivery is available for £5.95 and is shipped via DPD. This service prioritises your order in our warehouse, meaning it will be picked and dispatched ahead of standard orders.

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note, this is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.

Orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking email. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder if this has not appeared in your inbox.

All postage charges include VAT.

Please note, we are only able to accept orders for delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt on a working day. Goods are dispatched by 2nd Class or parcel carrier, and therefore should be received within 3 - 5 days working days of dispatch. Please note, our offices and warehouse is open Monday - Friday.

Delivery Disclaimer – Safe Place Option

By selecting the “Leave in a Safe Place” delivery with the courier, customers are acknowledging and accepting full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the designated location. Dr Brown's cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after the delivery has been completed. Please consider this option carefully, especially if the area may not be fully secure, as we’ve experienced instances where packages have unfortunately gone missing.
